Call for Participation and Abstracts for Paper Presentation at the 12th eNigeria Conference

eNigeria conference has been used as a veritable platform for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) awareness creation, development of the appropriate framework and setting goals for best practices, an assemblage of IT experts, solution providers, and all other stakeholders both within and outside Nigeria to brainstorm on contemporary and relevant IT issues across the globe with the aim of addressing Nigerian challenges for sustainable socio-economic development of Nigeria.

There have been eleven successful editions of the eNigeria conference with which the Information Technology sector in the country has been shaped. The summit has seen steady growth with participation from different stakeholders from both the public and the private sector.

At the 2019 edition of the conference, there was the launch of the National Digital Economy Policy and Strategy (NDEPS) by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari (GCFR) with the aim “to transform Nigeria into a leading digital economy providing quality life and digital economies for all”.

The covid-19 pandemic came and disrupted lives and businesses, which clearly presents digital technology as a potential instrument for economic prosperity. 1. Digital transformation and economic stability
  1. Covid-19 and the acceleration of digital transformation
